The prosecutor in the case of the murder in Tsapalitsa, Boyka Lulcheva, has filed an appeal. She is expected to present her reasons for this today, BNR reported.
The case against Rangel Bizyurev, the main accused in the murder of Dimitar Malinov, and the twins Valentin and Borislav Dinkov continues with the questioning of witnesses and the last remaining expert in the Plovdiv District Court.
We remind you that on October 24, the Dinkovi twins were sentenced to three years in prison each for absconding, and the time the twins were in custody will be deducted from the sentence. It's been over a year so far. A day later, the District Prosecutor's Office - Plovdiv protested the sentence of the twins.
At the meeting on October 9, a secret witness was questioned, who indicated that not only Bizyurev hit Dimitar, but also one of the twins - Borislav Dinkov. According to the witness, it was he who inflicted the fatal blow to the face, from which Dimitar Malinov died.
But after these testimonies, the supervising prosecutor Boyka Lulcheva announced that Rangel Bizyurev remains the main suspect in the murder of Dimitar Malinov in Tsalapitsa. There will be no change in the charges, and the mother of the deceased asked Lulcheva to withdraw.
According to Lulcheva, the testimony of one witness with a secret identity is not sufficient reason to bring another person as a defendant - in this case, Borislav Dinkov.
However, it is still not clear who hit Dimitar in the face, which caused his death. Bizyurev denies hitting the victim in the face.
