State energy facilities are working at full capacity, assured Minister Malinov. The Ministry of Energy will propose in next year's budget to drop the proposal to tax coal mining:
"On the part of the Ministry of Energy, the taxation of coal mining from mines "Maritsa-Iztok" not supported!
