The Constitutional Court allowed for consideration of amendments to the Constitution, on which there was no decision in the summer, NOVA reported.
This concerns the new procedure for appointing an acting prime minister, for a parliament operating under an acting government, and for the dual citizenship of deputies. The court was referred to by President Rumen Radev.
The ruling was adopted by 8 votes. Judges Borislav Belazelkov, Desislava Atanasova and Galina Toneva signed it with a dissenting opinion.
