Tsvetlin Yovchev: The Magdeburg case is pathological terrorism - 1

Former Minister of the Interior and head of the State Agency “National Security“ Tsvetlin Yovchev commented to NOVA on the tragic case from Magdeburg.

“From what we see in the media, it is more likely a pathological terrorist. There are three types: politically motivated, criminal and pathological, which is carried out by people with mental disorders. This should not reassure us, because Europe is increasingly facing the problem of radicalization“, he said.

According to him, a study shows that if migration continues in Europe at the same pace, in 2050 the Muslim population will reach 17.9%. For comparison, they are currently 5 percent. “In countries like France and Great Britain it will reach 18-20%, and in Sweden over 30 percent“, the former interior minister specified and stressed that Europe continues to fail in terms of its migration policy.

“At the heart of radicalization, which is the basis of terrorism, are two things: the lack of sufficiently good social integration of the individual and a social crisis. As a result, he, looking for an explanation, often blames his origin or religion“, explained Yovchev.

According to him, many of the economic migrants have a very dangerous profile.
