Teachers, principals and the Ministry of Education are taking urgent measures to help students reach their matriculation exams next week. It turned out that hundreds of children are stranded at home due to the strike of the transport unions, Nova TV reports.
“There are extremely remote neighborhoods and the students have no way to get there. The movement of some of the matriculation students turned out to be a serious problem”, said Danko Kalapish, director of the 107th Primary School “Khan Krum”.
”Currently, school buses are being collected from all over the country, if necessary, they will be brought in and an organization is being created to distribute them to the relevant schools. We expect instructions from the Ministry of Education and Science on Monday evening,” Kalapish said.
He explained that it is on Monday that the official notes are distributed and it will become clear which student is assigned to which school.
