"When we ask ourselves why we don't have roads or why there is no water, it is because public procurement does not work for us like people. How a public procurement goes: Usually what we get as information is that there is a gray cardinal who sets which company to win the public procurement and which one not, before the public procurement. Then there are violations in the public procurement and it is appealed and goes to the CPC. This week, out of all possible priorities in Bulgaria, the ruling majority chose Rosen Karadimov most likely as the next head of the CPC, who will manage 30 billion public procurements".
This was stated to journalists by the co-chairman of "We continue the change" Kiril Petkov.
"We will vote strongly against Rosen Karadimov. We will vote for our candidate, but the votes will not be enough", he added.
"I am very angry that the roads will continue to be so bad that we will not have water supply projects in the settlements, I am angry that these people will continue with the old schemes", said Petkov.
"You throw 15 million from the jeep of taxpayers' money and you don't think about what will happen later. Why didn't this money go to nurses, for example. We are observing the old model. I am proud of Vasil Terziev, that he did not bend for a moment"
