A 62-year-old man died after hitting a guardrail near Strumyani, the press center of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Blagoevgrad reported.
The man was driving a "Peugeot" car.
It is assumed that the incident occurred due to a sudden deterioration in the driver's health.
The causes of his death are being established, the police added.
The Regional Directorate also reported about an 18-year-old boy who is in danger of death after falling from an electric vehicle. The incident occurred last night at around 00:45 on the park alley in Sandanski. The injured young man has a fractured skull and internal bleeding. The boy was transported for treatment to a hospital in Sofia with life-threatening injuries.
