From today, the routes of buses No. 84 and 184 are being merged and the night bus No. N4 to Vasil Levski Airport will start running, the Sofia Municipality announced, BGNES reported.
Buses No. 84 and 184 are merging into bus line No. 84, and in the section between the stops “zh.k. Iztok” and “UMBALSM St. Anna” the buses will run on the main lane of Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd. and will not enter the “Aviation Square”.
The route of the vehicles on the night bus line No. N 4 is also changing, compared to the existing one, both in the direction of the “Druzhba II” residential area, and in the direction of the “Gotse Delchev” residential area.
At the end of June, at a meeting of the Sofia Municipal Council, it was decided to provide round-the-clock transport to the airport from July 15.
The night line No. N4 changes its route, extending to both terminals of the airport, after which it will continue to the “Druzhba” residential area, which guarantees round-the-clock transport service to “Vasil Levski” airport - Sofia, is recorded in the report of the submitters - Boris Bonev and Gergin Borisov from "Spasi Sofia".
SOS also approved the merger of lines with numbers 84 and 184 into one line - 84. The buses on the line, instead of going directly from "Reduta" to "Druzhba", will pass through both terminals of the airport and then go to "Druzhba".
The buses on line 84 will run with a reduced interval of 12 minutes, while currently the interval is 24 minutes. The connection between the two terminals is maintained.
