The system for performing annual technical inspections is not working. In some points, the connection disappeared in the morning. In others, the system has been working slowly and intermittently since the morning, a reporter's check by "Horizont" showed.
"No matter which point you go to in Bulgaria, it's not working. Here, right now it's starting, in a little while, maybe it'll stop again, or maybe they've already fixed it".
"There's some problem. They say they're fixing it, but it's clearly been fixed since the morning. There's no internet and the program won't continue, it won't load. I called some people who are my colleagues and they say they haven't had it since 10 in the morning. It's not working all over the country, it's not just here. Tragedy! Ever since they changed this software, it's been a tragedy. Before, it would load in less than two minutes. Now it loads in 10 minutes and the review takes not 17-20 minutes, but 45 minutes".
