Denkov on his inclusion in the "Moscow List": Putin is looking for new enemies, so we are the new enemies

Denkov said that he has no problem with Russia as a country, as a culture, as science, literature, music, ballet, art, chemistry, physics. "I have a problem with a regime that is currently killing a people it calls fraternal. And who will be the next fraternal people? So whenever we have acted, we have acted from the point of view of the interests of Bulgaria," he said.

Denkov on his inclusion in the "Moscow List": Putin is looking for new enemies, so we are the new enemies - 1

Vladimir Putin is looking for new enemies, so we are the new enemies. This is how the chairman of the PG of "Continuing Change - Democratic Bulgaria" Nikolay Denkov commented to journalists on the "Moscow List", in which he was included together with Todor Tagarev, Dimitar Glavchev and Atanas Zapryanov, bTV reports.

"I assess it calmly, because this act is for internal use", said Denkov.

He stated that the quote used in this list is absolutely false.

"I can immediately sign under it. In our history textbooks, especially in schools, only a part of the history between Russia and Bulgaria and the Soviet Union and Bulgaria is told. For example, in these textbooks you will find nothing or almost nothing regarding the treaty between Russia and the Austro-Hungarian Empire in 1877, which actually predetermined what would happen to Bulgaria after the Liberation", he said.

Denkov recalled that it said there that there would be no large Slavic state on the Balkan Peninsula.

Nikolai Denkov pointed out that in the textbooks we will not find anything about the fact that Bulgaria was essentially occupied during the Second World War and that is how the regime was imposed with terror, which then remained here until 1989.

Denkov stated that he has no problem with Russia as a state, as a culture, as science, literature, music, ballet, art, chemistry, physics.

"I have a problem with a regime that is currently killing a people it calls fraternal. And who will be the next fraternal people? So whenever we have acted, we have acted from the point of view of the interests of Bulgaria," he said.

Denkov was categorical that this regime is dangerous for Bulgaria and therefore must be stopped, and the further it is from the Bulgarian borders, the better.
