On the site of the former “Vitosha“ a complex will be built in Sofia in two phases. The first includes the construction of a 17-story building with 7 entrances and over 300 apartments, a kindergarten, 9 shops and 3 offices. During the second stage, 2 more buildings will be built, the first of which will include over 150 apartments, a medical center, 5 retail outlets and 7 offices. The second building will be entirely facing Blvd. "Black Peak" and will have 75 apartments, a restaurant, a shop and an office.
According to Sofia residents, this will make it even more difficult to move in this part of Blvd. “Black Peak”, as it is practically impossible to provide a parking space for every single apartment. They are also skeptical about the percentage of greening that is specified in the project. According to them, this is done in order to make it easier to sell apartments.
