And this Parliament created a temporary commission for the Notary and Pepi Euro - 1

Parliament created a temporary commission to verify facts and circumstances regarding the presence of unregulated influence in the justice system and ties of representatives of the judiciary, incompatible with the standards of independence and professional ethics, the activities of the group around Martin Bojanov - the Notary and the activities of the group around the former investigator Petyo Petrov-Evroto.

The proposal to create the commission was made by deputies from "We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria".

The commission is made up of 21 people's representatives, elected on a parity basis – three each from a parliamentary group. It should work for three months and must establish all the facts and circumstances regarding the possible presence of persons and organized groups of influence in the judicial system in connection with the publicly disclosed information about the activities of Martin Bojanov and the activities of the group around the former investigator Petyo Petrov.

The 49th National Assembly formed a temporary commission to investigate the facts and circumstances surrounding the activities of the late Martin Bojanov and the group around him, but the time did not come for it to complete its work, justified the proposal Nadezhda Yordanova from the PP-DB, one of the importers. As people's representatives in the previous National Assembly, we began to establish deficits in the legislation, which made possible the existence of the relevant groups and their non-disclosure, she noted. Therefore, according to her, PP-DB considers it important to continue this work.

The commission should also investigate the facts about the possible presence of data on the inaction of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), the Inspectorate of the SJC, the prosecutor's office, the Ministry of the Interior and other competent authorities for the possible presence of unregulated ties between Martin Bojanov and other persons with representatives of the judiciary, incompatible with the standards of independence and professional ethics.

Among her tasks is also to examine and analyze documents, listen to representatives of institutions, officials and citizens who can contribute to clarifying the circumstances related to the activities of Martin Bojanov and Petyo Petrov and their ties to representatives of the judiciary in the Republic of Bulgaria.
