The case for the murder of Dimitar Malinov from Tsalapitsa continues, BNT reported.
Today and tomorrow, the defendant Rangel Byuzirev will appear before the Plovdiv District Court. Experts and expert witnesses are to be heard at today's hearing, after all the witnesses have already been questioned.
The case was already taken over by the deputy prosecutor Boris Mihov, after Boyka Lulcheva recused herself on the grounds that she feels threatened by the mother of the murdered young man. There is also a change in the defense - lawyer Evdokia Kemalova withdrew from the trial, as there is a discrepancy in the line of defense with the other two lawyers. Bizyurev is charged with premeditated murder, and Malinov's relatives are demanding a life sentence.
