A tragic incident shook Pleven, where a 57-58-year-old man died in a casino in the city center.
Witnesses to the incident shared on the social network Facebook that the man had a heart attack while sitting next to the roulette wheel in the casino. According to their claims, this happened suddenly, which caused shock among those present.
Those familiar with the case commented on social networks that the deceased had an official ban from visiting casinos by the National Revenue Agency (NRA). Despite this, he apparently managed to enter the gambling establishment.
