The family tree of Russian President Vladimir Putin was shown at the Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
The pedigree of the head of state was presented at the stand of the Christian House of Family Traditions, the Fifth Channel reports.
According to a representative of the company, the study was commissioned by Vladimir Putin's second cousin Alexander. On average, the analysis takes 10 to 12 months. It turned out that the president's family came from the Tver region, and his ancestors were peasants. The Telegram channel RIA_Kremlinpool also published photos of the family tree. The photos show that it affects 12 generations.
In October 2022, Putin said he was connecting with the “lower classes” and grew up in a working-class family. According to the head of state, his father graduated from a technical school and worked as a craftsman, and his mother did not even have a secondary education and worked as a nanny, porter and night watchman.
