First place was voted by the viewers to Sheila Zonic, who receives the grand prize - song production and marketing promotion, musical performances and a brand new car. Sheila Zonic was born in Germany, where her parents fled during the war, and after four years she returned to Bosnia with her family in the village of Kamengrad near Sanski Most, where she grew up. The talented singer and winner of Zvezde Granda claims that she started singing when she learned to speak. She had her first contact with the piano at the age of six, on which she played a tune from a TV series. Her mentor is Tsetsa Raznatovic.
After a nine-month battle, hard work and efforts on the part of the mentors to provide the candidates with the best for them, the best finally triumphed, and that, according to the audience, was Sheila Zonich. The singer won 132,014 votes from the public, while Miki Sekulovski won second place with 102,103 votes, and Andrijana Petrishovska took third place with 71,187 votes for her. Season 17 of the Balkan music show garnered a remarkable 529,000 audience votes, making it the best season of the music competition to date.
