A black bear surprised beachgoers in California, NOVA reported.
The animal appeared at the end of August on the shores of Lake Tahoe. Eyewitnesses said that the bear did not seem bothered by the presence of people and calmly walked along the shore.
Local officials say the Lake Tahoe area is home to one of the largest black bear populations in North America. People who decided to go for a walk in the area were urged to be vigilant.
