The famous military analyst Dara Massicot from the Carnegie Foundation published on the social network X (formerly known as Twitter) an express analysis of the situation in the Kharkiv region, where the Russian military began an offensive.

According to the expert, in order to capture the entire Kharkiv region, the Russian army needs 75,000 to 100,000 soldiers and heavy equipment - and it currently does not have such capabilities. Similarly, the Russian army does not have the resources to occupy Kharkiv, notes Massicot.
