Belgium has announced its decision to deliver 30 F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine, the Belgian Foreign Ministry has revealed Minister Hadja Labib, Belga and BTA report.
The first batch of these advanced aircraft is expected to be delivered within the year. The decision was announced just hours before the planned visit of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to Brussels.
During his visit, President Zelensky is set to engage in discussions with various government officials, stressing the importance of this support amid ongoing tensions in the region, as noted by Reuters.
