A 9-year-old girl is currently fighting for her life in a London hospital. The unfortunate incident happened while the child was enjoying dinner with his family at a Turkish restaurant named "Evin" in the Hackney area.
The girl was shot after a gunman on a motorcycle opened fire on three men sitting outside the restaurant in North London. He was inside the restaurant with his family, reports News.bg.
"I know local residents will be extremely concerned by this incident," said Detective Chief James Conway. "We share this concern and an urgent investigation has begun to identify and apprehend the culprits.", quoted by News.bg.
The three men, aged 26, 37 and 42, were also injured but are in a stable condition. They didn't know the little girl. Authorities found the stolen motorcycle believed to have been used in the attack not far from the scene.
London police are working hard to apprehend those behind this act. Anyone with information about the incident is urged to come forward and assist in the investigation.
