In this regard, Putin has long since received all he can and is unlikely to receive more. The purpose of his visit is another message to the West: make peace or regret.
That is why so much public attention was directed to the military cooperation of the two countries. Putin is basically saying: look, now I'm going to start supplying high technology to North Korea.
It is also part of a joint strategy with China, which is betting that the West will not resist two potentially military conflicts in Asia: Korean and Taiwanese. And North Korea, as is known, has supplied millions of artillery shells to the Russian army for its terror against Ukraine.
And the big question is what will be the reaction of the West to this story.
