The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation said that the Russians are ready to negotiate with the US on the treaty, but this is possible only after the cessation of arms supplies to the “Banderov regime” and blocking Ukraine's future admission to NATO.
Medvedev wrote in Telegram: “The United States quite seriously proposes to negotiate a new treaty to reduce strategic offensive weapons.
