The Russian Air Defense has shot down 76 Ukrainian drones and two rockets of a volley fire system over the past 24 hours HIMARS of Kiev, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced today, reports TASS, quoted by BTA.
The ministry added that the Russian army also destroyed three HYMARS launchers of Ukraine in the past 24 hours.
This data has not been independently verified. So far, there has been no reaction from the Ukrainian side.
"The operational-tactical aviation, unmanned aerial vehicles, missile troops and artillery of the armed forces of the Russian Federation have destroyed three launchers of reactive salvo fire systems HAYMARS, American production, as well as a transport-loading machine and foreign specialists who served them", the department's announcement says.
According to the Ministry's data, an assembly workshop and a place for preparing to launch Ukrainian drones, places for the concentration of manpower and military equipment of the enemy in 109 regions were also destroyed, TASS indicates.
