Ukrainian Air Force forces said they shot down all 23 drones and five of six missiles fired at Ukraine by Russia last night, Reuters reported, citing BTA.
The district governor of Ukraine's Khmelnytskyi region, Serhiy Tyurin, said that air defense systems shot down nine aerial objects over his district. The local authorities do not have information about casualties or material damage, explained Tyurin.
The regional governor of Mykolaiv Oblast Vitaly Kim said that Ukrainian forces destroyed six drones and three cruise missiles over Mykolaiv Oblast.
Two drones were shot down over the Kherson region and one over the Dnipropetrovsk region, the Ukrainian authorities also said.
