Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump called for a quick end to the war with "Hamas" and for the return of the hostages, adding that Israel must better manage its "public relations", Reuters reported, quoted by BTA.
Trump stated this in an interview with "Fox News" just a day before meeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The former president also criticized those who protested the Israeli prime minister's speech to the US Congress and called for a year in prison for people who desecrate the American flag.
In the interview, Trump also said that the head of "Tesla" Elon Musk never told him that he would give his campaign 45 million dollars a month. Ten days ago in the "Wall Street Journal" reported, citing people familiar with the matter, that Elon Musk plans to spend about $45 million a month on a new political action committee supporting Donald Trump's presidential bid. In the interview, Trump also indicated that he does not agree with everyone driving electric cars. He specified that people should have the opportunity to choose, which includes the issue of cars.
