Debris from a Russian drone shot down over Ukraine injured two people and damaged two homes near the capital Kiev in the second such attack in the region in the past two days, Reuters reported, citing referred to the local authorities, quoted by BTA.
There were no direct hits to residential buildings or critical infrastructure, authorities said.
Ukraine's Air Force announced that they shot down all seven Shahed drones used in the attack.
Russia yesterday sent 87 drones against Ukraine in one of the largest attacks of the war.
The governor of Dnipropetrovsk region said that the Air Force shot down one drone over the region and there were no reports of casualties.
Russia last night also launched ballistic missiles "Iskander-M" against Kharkiv region. Initially, the regional governor reported one person injured, but later he said, quoted by Ukrinform, that two people were killed and three others were injured, including a 10-year-old child.
The national Ukrainian railway company "Ukrzaliznytsia" reported that a Russian missile attack in the region damaged a track and power facilities, as well as two locomotives, freight and passenger cars.
