Within less than 48 hours, the alleged perpetrator connected with the incident at the Consulate General of our country in Dubai, UAE, was identified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, quoted by BTA.
According to initial data, it is believed to be a technical employee at the Consulate General in Dubai, who is believed to have planned and staged a hack in order to embezzle funds.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has duly notified the competent Bulgarian institutions with a view to taking follow-up actions. The investigation ordered by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Dubai operates with its standard working hours and under normal conditions.
