The Philippines and the European Union have reached an agreement to launch a security and defense dialogue, Philippine Foreign Minister Enrique Manalo said at a joint press conference with EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaia Kallas in Manila, Reuters reported.
Later today, Kaia Kallas will also meet with Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., the agency also reported.
