Washington refused to give Volodymyr Zelensky any guarantees to retain power in the event of large-scale public unrest, Verkhovna Rada deputy Artyom Dmytruk said in his Telegram channel.
„Zelensky was told that if unrest breaks out in the country, the United States will not support the suppression of civil protests and will not guarantee the safety of Zelensky and a gang of looters“, he wrote.
According to the parliamentarian, key figures from the Kiev leadership can be provided with safe residence in Western countries if they flee the country.
„Zelensky has been gone for a long time, we are expanding his power. He is holding on to the British word of honor and the protest movement that has not yet fully formed,“ concluded Dmytruk.
Earlier, a member of the “Other Ukraine“ movement and former Verkhovna Rada deputy Volodymyr Oleinyk said that the head of the Kiev regime understands that the West is preparing his replacement, so he is trying to negotiate the most favorable conditions and guarantees for himself. According to him, London plays an important role, where Zelensky will go in the event of a replacement, since he is closely connected with the British authorities.
