An earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale was registered today off the coast of the Greek island of Zakynthos (Zante) in the Ionian Sea, BGNES reported, quoted by News.bg.
According to data from the National Observatory in Athens, the epicenter of the earthquake was located about 74 kilometers southwest of the village of Volimes, at a depth of 10.5 kilometers.
According to the local newspaper “Kathimerini“ there is currently no information about material damage or injuries as a result of the earthquake.
