The changes in the Constitution were not imposed by the cabinets "Galab Donev 1" and "Galab Donev 2".
This was summed up by the former acting Prime Minister Galab Donev to the media.
"There is no lack of control of official power. There is not even a minute's break between the regular and official authorities", he declared.
Donev explained why the official cabinet will now take an oath in front of the National Assembly and reminded of the changes in the Constitution, which state that the deputies should work.
