"There was a joke back in the day about the astronaut who went up there and found his job description to be 'feed the dog and don't touch the buttons'. It's the same here. Make the choices and do nothing. That's the goal".
This is what Anton Kutev, the former spokesman of Galab Donev's office, recalled to BNT...
He defined this as a wrong political goal and problematic for the state.
"So who the foreign minister is in this case is of little importance, because the goal of Glavchev's government is to complete its mandate without getting in the way," added the former speaker.
"I don't know what the facts are. I do not know either of the two proposed. Most likely it is about some technical work in the sense or one has given up. I don't know what the reason is, but I don't think that there is a heavy political content in this change, it is rather technical," the former spokesman of Galab Donev's office, Anton Kutev, told BNT.
Anton Kutev said that those people he knows in the official government are quality people.
"However, this does not matter at all, because when the political task that is set is to do nothing, except to organize the elections. Yes, it is true that the main person who matters for the election is the interior minister and he is currently controversial.
Whether it will lead to problems remains to be seen, emphasized Kutev. According to him, the problem is that the constitutional changes have a logic.
"It's not just a matter of writing some texts and literally that's what happens. It is about the fact that the whole arrangement of the legal one has some logic. And the logic that the current rulers put forward is that the largest party, i.e. the governing majority will determine the caretaker government, i.e. they will control the elections", emphasized Kutev.
Anton Kutev hopes that Glavchev will show independence, which he has not shown so far.
