According to Ludmil Rangelov, the evidence against Bankova is weak.
"There is no evidence to incriminate her in a crime. This is not the first time, nor will it be the last time someone is in custody. Including, it can stay for a year and a half and everything will end with the termination of the proceedings or with a verdict by which they will recognize her as innocent. This is not some miracle in our administration of justice", the lawyer recalled.
