A man opened fire and hid after a scandal in a restaurant in the city of Kubrat, BNT reported .
The incident was reported at around 2.15 am. A scandal broke out between a 48-year-old man and two young men aged 20 and 19. After ethnic insults, tables, chairs and glasses were thrown massively.
The older man fired into the floor of the establishment with a legally owned revolver, then left the premises and hid. After an examination in the Emergency Department, it was found that the 19-year-old had a cut wound on his right leg, and the 20-year-old – with sloughing in the region of the left temple.
During the investigation, the shooter was detained. A pre-trial proceeding for hooliganism has been initiated in the case.
