Heavy traffic at the "Kulata" checkpoint, there are once again kilometer-long queues

In connection with the significantly increased crossings through the two checkpoints and the large number of Romanian tourists traveling to and from Greece, the border police recommend the use of alternative checkpoints on the Bulgarian-Greek border, which are less busy and allow faster passage

Traffic is intense at the "Kulata" border crossing point. The line of cars is just over two kilometers long. Passing through the point takes about an hour.

Before noon, the traffic at the border crossing was again intense, and the convoy reached three kilometers. In the afternoon, the situation was calm, and cars passed without waiting.

On the border with Greece, traffic is intense at the Border Checkpoint (BCP) "The Tower" and checkpoint "Makaza" at the exit for cars.
