Municipal councilor Deyan Nikolov, who is in the Russian capital, boasted on "Facebook" with his badge before the opening of the forum. From there it became clear that he had a “Standard” ticket. And a reference on the page of the event indicates that this ticket costs 144 thousand rubles and does not give full access to the event. With it, you can attend business events in the program, visit an exhibition, and its bearers receive a modest set of materials - a notebook and a pencil.
The forum in Moscow was dedicated to the development of municipalities in the BRICS countries. However, Bulgaria is not a member of the organization, which includes China and Russia, and "Vazrazhdane" they don't have a single municipal mayor.
