The maximum number of points on the exam is 100

Seventh graders will take a national external assessment in mathematics tomorrow.

The exam starts at 9:00, and the test contains a total of 23 problems. Of these, 20 have four possible answers, of which only one is correct. A total of 3 of the problems are free-answer, in which students must describe and argue the implementation of the specified problem.

The educational content covers material studied in fifth, sixth and seventh grades, including topics from algebra, geometry, word problems and probability.

The first part of the exam lasts 75 minutes, and the second - 90 minutes. Students with special educational needs are given more time to work - respectively 115 minutes for the first part and 140 minutes for the second.

Students can also use a formula book.

This year, the national assessments also include more practical tasks, which test students' skills in applying them when solving specific cases.

The maximum number of points in the exam is 100. The results of the national external assessments after the 7th grade will be announced by July 1, inclusive.
