It is expected that traffic will be reopened on the Mezdra - Botevgrad road today, reports BNT.

The expressway is 30 km long, and its repairs lasted nearly 6 years. A temporary traffic organization is to be introduced until all activities are completed.

Later today, Regional Minister Ivan Ivanov will inspect the route. It is expected that traffic will be eased on the bypass routes, which are extremely busy and in poor condition, after the reopening.
