Success will be with those of you who are aware of their responsibility and demonstrate resilience and dedication every day," Radev addressed the new officers.
After the ceremony, he will visit the "Terem-Ivaylo" military plant.
"The pogrom on the Bulgarian Constitution, which the assembly carried out, will clearly continue to distort political life in Bulgaria. We have seen how a government that has lost trust continues to consume power even more brutally," the president also said.
