An explosion destroyed a bar in Madrid on Saturday, injuring 21 people, three of them seriously, Spanish emergency services said.
Firefighters cleared the rubble of premises in the "Vallecas" neighborhood in the capital, Madrid's emergency services said on X Network, sharing footage of the bar's partially collapsed ceiling and bricks strewn across the ground.
The doors were torn off their hinges with shards of glass strewn across the road outside as first aid teams carried out a victim on a stretcher.
Search dogs and drones were deployed in the rescue operation.
