Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya announced at a briefing this morning that the black boxes of the "Falcon-50" plane, which crashed last night after taking off from Ankara to Tripoli, have already been found. High-ranking Libyan military personnel were on board the plane, including the Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Armed Forces, Muhammad Ali Al-Haddad, BTA reported.

"The perimeter in which the remains of the plane are scattered has a radius of 3 km. At 02:45 a.m., the conversation recording device was found in the plane's cockpit, and at 03:20 a.m., the black box (recording flight data) was found. The process of reviewing and analyzing the content has already begun. In addition, five relatives of the deceased, as well as (two) delegations of 14 people and 8 people sent by the Libyan Interior Ministry, or a total of 22 people from Libya, have already arrived in Ankara," said Yerlikaya.

The Interior Minister added that the bodies of the deceased are still in the area of the incident.

The remains of the plane were found by the Gendarmerie in Turkey two kilometers east of the village of Kesikkavak, Haymana municipality (near Ankara - ed. note). It later became clear that the crew requested permission for an emergency landing due to an electrical failure on board. 408 employees, 103 cars, 7 aircraft, thermal drones and night surveillance drones are engaged in the activities at the scene of the incident. The plane crash will be investigated by four prosecutors, who will be coordinated by the deputy prosecutor general.
