British and French paratroopers have completed training for a possible peacekeeping mission in Ukraine, The Telegraph reports.
More than 600 soldiers from the UK's 16th Air Assault Brigade have conducted airborne exercises with the 11th French Parachute Brigade in Brittany, northwestern France.
According to Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky, the UK and France have committed to sending troops - approximately 5,000 each - to Ukraine in the event of a peace agreement with Russia.
