Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said today that the biggest problem facing Kiev in the conflict with Russia is that its allies are afraid to endorse new policies in support of Ukraine for fear of escalation, reported Reuters, quoted by BTA.

"Ever since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the biggest problem facing Ukraine has been the dominance of the concept of escalation in the decision-making processes among our allies," Kuleba pointed out.
