Israeli sources: It is too early to declare the success of the US strikes on nuclear sites in Iran

It remains unclear how much uranium was moved and how many centrifuges remained after the attacks

As the analysis of the air strikes carried out by the US and Israel against three nuclear facilities in Iran continues, two Israeli sources told ABC News that it is still too early to determine these attacks as successful, reports Focus.

One of the sources commented that the results of the operation “really are not good”. According to them, it is not clear how much enriched uranium was moved from the sites before the airstrikes, nor how many centrifuges - essential for the enrichment process - survived and can be restored and used again.

The other source adds that clarifying these details could take months or even prove impossible, since access to the sites and an accurate assessment of the damage are extremely difficult.

Meanwhile, "Focus" recalls that US President Donald Trump earlier stated that Israeli agents had visited the Fordow nuclear site after the attacks and reported “complete destruction“. Israeli representatives, however, denied to Kahn that they had information about such a visit.
