For example, the courier company “Speedy“ reports a profit for 2023 in the amount of just over BGN 37 million, according to data published on the website of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE). Of these, BGN 30,921,309 is allocated for dividend payments to shareholders. The dividend per share before tax is BGN 5.75. The rest of the profit for 2023 will be classified as retained earnings, the general meeting of shareholders decided.
Trace group hold" AD-Sofia reports a profit for 2023 in the amount of nearly BGN 15 million. Of this, just over BGN 6 million is distributed as a dividend to shareholders, calculated at BGN 0.25 gross per share.
