While artificial intelligence learns to write essays, make perfect financial analyses and paint like Van Gogh, Fibank (First Investment Bank) is launching the new edition of its long-term internship program.
In 2025, the program is under the title: We are looking for and developing natural intelligence.
The program will hire interns for specialized units in the bank's Head Office and for branches in Sofia and the country.
Fibank believes that natural intelligence remains invaluable, which will become even more valuable and significant in the future. It is hard to find, developing it is a challenge and it is almost impossible to keep it within limits. The bank's specialists know that AI cannot replace the imagination, curiosity and personal aspirations of interns, which are the basis of any development.
That is why for another year, Fibank is launching a summer internship program as a different employer. First Investment Bank has created the program for all those who want to be: analysts, financiers, accountants, lawyers, to understand what awaits them in business, through traders and credit specialists, so that it is clear where and how the money comes from, to HR and IT, so that there is someone to take all the blame when needed.
