The budget procedure is underway. The procedure for adopting the state budget has been restarted after the draft plan of accounts was submitted to the National Assembly without prior consent from trade unions and employers of the Tripartite Council. However, the draft law has already passed its first reading in the Finance Committee.
In addition, the line committees also approved the budgets of the Health Fund and the State Social Insurance. Today, work on the budget framework continues — the state plan of accounts will be considered in several more parliamentary committees.
All three key budgets are expected to be submitted for discussion and voting in the plenary hall of the National Assembly this Thursday.
