The weather in the country will remain mostly cloudy with rain, more significant in quantity in places in Southwestern Bulgaria.
Minimum temperatures will be within wide limits - between 5° and 10° in most of the country up to about 13°-15° in the southeastern regions, in Sofia - around 7°.
Precipitation will stop during the day, and cloudiness will temporarily decrease. The wind in the valleys and lowlands will temporarily subside and there it will be foggy or with low layered clouds before noon. In Southern and Eastern Bulgaria, moderate winds will continue to blow, and in the southeastern regions and north of the mountains - strong southerly winds.
Maximum temperatures will be mostly between 10°C and 15°C, in Southern Bulgaria and places sensitive to the southerly winds - up to about 20°C-22°C, in Sofia - around 18°C.
On the Black Sea coast it will be mostly cloudy, with rain showers mainly in the morning. A moderate and strong southwesterly wind will blow. Maximum temperatures will be from 15°C-16°C on the Northern Black Sea coast to 21-22°C in the south. The sea water temperature is 15°C-16°C. The sea swell will be 3-4 points.
In the mountains it will be cloudy with rain, more significant in quantity in the massifs in Southwestern Bulgaria and in the central and eastern regions of the Balkan Mountains. Above 2000-2200 meters the rain will turn into snow. Strong, stormy southwesterly winds will continue to blow on the high peaks and open areas. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be about 12°, at 2000 meters - about 6°.
