RDNSK - Burgas has begun a procedure to notify the affected parties, after an order was issued to remove earth embankments and an artificial riverbed under the "Negresco" complex in the "Elenite" resort, BNT reports.
The correction is related to the diversion of the Kozluka River and affects a total of 14 land properties.
The affected parties have a 14-day period in which they can appeal the decision.
The inspections in the area began after the torrential rains on October 3, which caused severe flooding in the holiday village and claimed the lives of four people.
