„I have twice as many reasons not to accept, since I have already been acting prime minister twice, but this is personal and there is no such text and reason in the Constitution. So I am willing to accept“, were the exact words of the Chairman of the Chamber of Accounts.
An hour earlier he arrived at „Dondukov“ 2 for a meeting with President Iliana Yotova within the framework of the constitutional procedure for appointing an acting government. Yotova met him at the entrance to the presidential institution. The meeting between them was closed.
